What You Will Get To Do:

Deliver high-quality consulting services as part of implementation projects, build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
n
Execute implementation tasks, collaborate and communicate project status with internal and external stakeholders.
n
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, design and configure products, automate and optimize workflows.
n
Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility to travel and adapt to changing work hours.
n
Prepare system and data transition plans, and complete migration involving historical data take-on.
n
Lead hands-on training sessions, troubleshoot issues, provide technical support during go-live events.
n




Ability to learn quickly and independently by gathering information from a variety of sources to acquire the knowledge needed to complete assigned tasks.
n
Develop strong communication skills with the ability to present information to both technical and nontechnical individuals.
n
Ability to maximize productivity through disciplined time management practices.
n
Working knowledge of Geneva and SS&C; Recon or expertise with similar.
n

What You Will Bring:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or Accounting is required, Postgraduate degree a plus.
n
10+ years of client experience in the FinTech industry is required. Candidates of less experience may be considered for a less senior role.
n
Well recognized SME with strong technology and business knowledge.
n
Technical experience preferably covers SQL, C#, XSLT and/or AI. Fundamental knowledge around infrastructure and networking certainly a plus.
n
Business experience preferably covers Asset Management, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency.
n
Solid working knowledge of client back office workflow and operations are required.
n
Expertise with the general ledger, fund accounting and trial balance is required.
n
Excellent communication, project, and client management skills
n
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
n
Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and proactivity.
n
Ability to learn quickly and present to technical and non-technical audiences
n
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
Local market knowledge for countries in APAC.
n
Ability to speak and write fluent English.
