Field Service Diesel Technician

branch.
You won't just be turning spanners, you'll be the front line of support for our customers. From diagnostics to major repairs, you'll bring CAT equipment back to life, wherever the job takes you - on site, in the paddock, or out in the bush.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your typical day will include:
Onsite technical troubleshooting and fault finding including; diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Cat equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and engines
Providing outstanding customer service to our loyal customers
Compiling and completing accurate reporting
Working autonomously to manage your time and maximise efficiency
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Liaising with our internal service and parts department
Maintaining a William Adams service vehicle
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:




Qualified Diesel Technician with experience on Caterpillar machines (preferred)
2+ years experience working in a Field Service role (preferred)
Have advanced mechanical diagnostic skills with Cat computer diagnostics knowledge (excellent to have)
A proactive and positive attitude, with robust work ethic
A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
Hold a current Drivers Licence
Proven ability to be self-motivated and to work unsupervised
