We're looking for a warm, reliable, and organised
Kids Club Supervisor
to lead our child-minding sessions and help create a fun, protected, and welcoming space for our youngest members.
About the Role
As Kids Club Supervisor, you'll take the lead in running our short child-minding sessions for children aged 6 months and up. You'll be the friendly face families see at check-in, the calm presence keeping the room running smoothly, and the person ensuring every child has a safe and engaging experience while in our care.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise short child-minding sessions for children aged 6 months+
Oversee bookings, check-ins, and day-to-day Kids Club operations
Manage rosters and coordinate the Kids Club team
Communicate with families in a warm, professional, and reassuring manner
Maintain a safe, engaging, and compliant environment at all times, in line with relevant childcare standards
What We're Looking For
Experience working with young children in a childcare, early education, or supervisory setting




Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage bookings, rosters, and daily logistics
Excellent communication skills and a genuine warmth with both children and parents
Current Blue Card (must be obtained prior to commencement)
Current First Aid and CPR
Availability Required
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 12:30pm
