Job Description
As a Warranty Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the business by ensuring warranty repairs and claims comply with company policies, procedures, and technical requirements.

You will manage warranty matters end-to-end — from claim review and prior work approvals through to investigation and resolution — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely outcomes for both dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
n
Warranty Claim Management
n
n
Review and adjudicate dealer-submitted warranty claims to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
n
Return claims to dealers where corrections or additional information are required.
n
Perform daily manual claim adjudication to maintain claim quality and compliance.
n
Ensure accurate and consistent claim decision-making aligned to policy guidelines.
n

Dealer Support & Guidance
n
n
Provide clear guidance to dealers on warranty policies, procedures, and claim requirements.
n
Support dealers with warranty and system-related enquiries via phone and written communication.
n
Manage day-to-day dealer correspondence relating to claims and prior work approvals.
n
n
Prior Work Approvals (PWA)
n
n
Assess and adjudicate PWAs submitted by nominated dealer groups, including diagnosis and repair hour requests.
n
Ensure PWAs align with policy, technical standards, and cost controls.
n
n
Investigation & Compliance
n
n
Investigate dealer enquiries relating to claim variations or denials, providing written responses and maintaining detailed history records.
n
Coordinate the return of replaced components for technical inspection and analysis where required.
n
Liaise with technical and regional service teams to support dealer compliance with warranty processes.
n

About You
n
You are detail-oriented, fair, and confident in applying policy consistently while maintaining positive dealer relationships. You bring:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in warranty, service, parts, or technical roles (OEM or dealership).
n
Technical knowledge or mechanical understanding (highly regarded).
n
Strong organisational and workload management skills.
n
Excellent written communication skills, especially for professional email responses.
n
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
