Slater & Gordon Lawyers in Ringwood is seeking a Client Services Consultant for our Outbound Call Centre. This casual role requires a minimum 3 days availability between Monday and Thursday, with Monday and Tuesday as mandatory.
You will generate appointments for lawyers, handle client enquiries, follow up, and maintain high-quality service across inbound and outbound calls, ensuring confidential handling of information.
