Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a dedicated mental health clinician to join our Ryde area teams. The role involves working across Ryde Acute Team, Ryde Community Mental Health Centre and contributing to the EastwoodRyde Hospital redevelopment project.
You will provide cooperative care planning, assess and manage suicide risk, and support consumers transitioning between hospital and community settings in line with NSW Mental Health Act guidelines.
