Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Strategic Outcomes, you will play a pivotal role in delivering major strategic land use and planning policy projects, with a particular focus on Council's development contributions framework.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for reviewing contributions plans, managing calculations and invoices, undertaking strategic planning research and analysis, and providing timely planning advice to key stakeholders.

Review and assist with the implementation of Council's Section 7.11 and 7.12 Development Contributions Plans.
n
Manage and contribute to major strategic land use and planning policy projects.
n
Undertake research, analysis and review of strategic planning frameworks and infrastructure needs.
