Salary: $90,000-$110,000 (plus super) per annum (full-time equivalent), pro-rated to the agreed hours.
About the role
This is a rare opportunity to bring a new brand to life, and work to see it grow. Working to build the brand from the ground up, you'll have a hands-on role in developing a complete brand strategy, including channel development and campaign planning, to bring a newly established brand in the self-managed super fund sector to market.
Once launched, you'll act as brand custodian to grow the brand presence, increase consumer awareness, and maintain clear brand positioning, messaging and visual identity.
Key responsibilities
Develop, implement and protect a newly created brand strategy and assets
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness
Maintain brand guidelines and act as brand custodian for internal and external stakeholders




Develop and optimise integrated marketing and brand campaigns
Be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external project working groups
About you
4-5 years' experience in a similar brand management role with responsibility for brand strategy and implementation
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace without sacrificing quality of deliverables
Self-motivation, positivity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Experience with design suites, CRM systems, email marketing software, and/or website content management is desirable
