Job Description
Downer in Queensland is seeking a People & Culture Officer to support onboarding, HR administration and data management across our Fraser Coast sites.

Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders and employees, maintain employee records, generate reports and respond to HR inquiries.

This 6-month fixed-term role offers a pathway to a longer-term chance within a diverse and inclusive team.
