Business Analyst – Salesforce Process Improvement Key Responsibilities: Consult with staff and stakeholders to identify business, process and system improvement opportunities .
Analyse current business processes, systems and procedures and develop practical, business-aligned solutions.
Identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer outcomes .
Support the design and configuration of Salesforce functionality and integration with existing systems.
Develop and support Power BI reports and dashboards , including data and reporting requirements.
Support user access, privacy, data integrity and cybersecurity requirements while managing multiple improvement initiatives and changing priorities.
About You: A Business Analyst with strong experience in business process analysis and process improvement .
Practical experience with Salesforce , including administration, configuration or business requirements.




Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards .
Solid stakeholder engagement and consultation skills.
The ability to translate business needs into practical system and process solutions.
Understanding of data access, permissions, privacy and data integrity.
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly regarded but not essential.
