and social engagement Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when required Supporting residents with daily routines and independence goals Performing light household duties such as cleaning and maintaining living spaces Assisting with community participation and outings Ensuring a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all residents Building positive professional relationships with residents, families, and care teams Qualifications Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in aged care, disability support, or residential care Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care / Disability / Community Services) or equivalent qualification Current First Aid CPR Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (if required) COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) Valid Driver's Licence Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Modules Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care
