About the role This is a specification sales role focused on getting a standout, sustainable facade range specified across Sydney's commercial projects, with a growing focus on data centres and office buildings.
Working with architects, end clients, government customers and engineers, you will build brand awareness, influence projects early at the concept phase, and hold your specifications through to construction.




What you'll do Chase and win specifications across Sydney's commercial projects, turning early architect interest into secured specs Build relationships with architects, designers and engineers , positioning you and your technical colleague as the trusted advisers on facade solutions Present design-led products with strong green credentials through CPD sessions and one-to-one meetings, making your product easy to say yes to Use BCI to find and chase live projects , getting you in front of the right people at the right stage and building a list of end clients to convert Follow up and hold your specifications through to construction , protecting your projects and converting early influence into secured sales What you bring to this role Specification or technical sales experience within building products An established network of architects, designers, engineers or construction companies A sound grasp of the specification sales process and the confidence to read technical drawings A genuine hunter's mindset, high energy and natural rapport with A D clients An inquisitive approach and strong motivation to get in front of decision-makers How to apply Saunders Lynn and Company is dedicated to servicing the needs of the interiors, architectural and construction products industry.
