What we're looking for:
A skilled stylist for both cutting and colour
Preferably 10+ years qualified experience, but we will invest in the right person
Confident and experienced working with all hair textures and lengths
Experienced in dry cutting is necessary
Passionate about creating a secure space for all people and has genuine interest in client care
Open to continuous learning and development
Someone who takes initiative during quiet periods and works well autonomously
A team player who values a calm, respectful workplace culture
Nice to have:
Experience with retail/commission-based goals
