About the role We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team at Harbour Town, West Beaach.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, motivating a team and helping drive the store towards its sales and performance goals.
You'll work closely with the Store Manager to keep the team engaged, the store looking its best and the customer experience consistently strong.

What you will do Drive sales performance and deliver strong store results across key KPIs Lead, coach,
