Icon Cancer Centre Maitland is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager to lead the radiation oncology nursing team. This pivotal role reports to the on-site Site Manager and focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, staff development, and service improvement.
You will champion clinical leadership, drive continuous improvement, and manage workforce planning while building solid multidisciplinary relationships. AHPRA-registered RN with 5+ years oncology experience is preferred.
