About the Role
n We are currently seeking a Casual Pharmacist in Charge to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys supporting a team while delivering exceptional healthcare services to the local community.

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring professional standards are maintained while supporting your team to provide outstanding customer care.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supporting the Pharmacist Manager and team in the daily operation of the pharmacy
n




Ensuring the accurate and safe dispensing of medications
n
Providing professional healthcare advice and counselling patients on the quality use of medicines
n
Delivering professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations and other clinical services where applicable
n
Managing dispensary workflow to ensure efficient and compliant operations
n
Maintaining compliance with all pharmacy legislation, professional standards, and company policies
n
Building strong relationships with customers and local healthcare providers
n
Supporting the achievement of pharmacy service, professional care, and business objectives
n
n
About You
n Whether you are an experienced pharmacist or a newly registered pharmacist who is ready to kickstart their pharmacy career, this role is for you!

Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)
n
Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Prepared to work as a pharmacist in charge at times (with training provided)
n
Availability for additional shifts (when required)
n
n
Availability for evening and weekend shifts (up to 8pm)
