Baw Baw Shire Council is seeking an experienced operational leader to steer the Open Space & Maintenance functions, including fleet, workshop and urban maintenance. You will lead a team of around 20 staff and drive governance, performance reporting and continuous service improvements.
You'll focus on long-term fleet planning, lifecycle management and cost‐effective service delivery while building a cooperative, accountable culture across the depot and with key council stakeholders.
