We're seeking a motivated Health & Wellbeing Administrator to join our Health & Wellbeing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with administration, workers compensation, return-to-work or injury management experience looking to grow their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Group Manager Health & Wellbeing, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across workplace injury management and workers compensation activities, helping employees through their recovery and return-to-work journey.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support workers compensation and injury management claims
n
Maintain employee records, medical documentation and claim files
n
Liaise with employees, medical providers, rehabilitation consultants and insurers
n
Assist with return-to-work coordination and injury management processes
n
Provide administrative support across the Health & Wellbeing function
n
Prepare reports,



meeting notes and correspondence
n
Build positive relationships with operational teams and key stakeholders
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous administration experience, ideally within workers compensation, injury management, HR or a similar field
n
Solid organisational and communication skills
n
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
n
Knowledge of workers compensation legislation is advantageous
n
A proactive and customer-focused approach
