Your NewRole
Reporting to theProgram Coordinator - Youth Skills, you will be one of our manyvaluable Case Support Workers who work in close consultation withyouth and community to provide individualised one-on-one supportand assistance to at-risk youth gaining nationally recognisedskills and vocational qualifications. You provide information,advice and referrals to service the participant's needs andundertake client focused casework,



whilst safeguarding thewellbeing and safety of all program participants. We're committedto fostering a supportive, respectful, and positive atmospherewhere everyone is welcome. Every interaction with our members isdesigned to contribute to their sense of belonging and growth. Byjoining us, you'll play a crucial role in directly influencingpositive change in your community.
AboutYou
MinimumCertificate IV in youth work, community development/welfare,human services or related discipline or equivalent to 3 yearsexperience in the social and community sector(desirable)
Demonstratedexperience in case management roles
Anunderstanding of working with young people and trauma and anunderstanding of child protection concerns andprocesses
Demonstratedskills and experience working with culturally diverse youngpeople.
Hold a currentdrivers' licence or a light rigid driver's licence, and aRestricted Drivers' Authority (or ability toobtain)
Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
