Key responsibilities

You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering daily operations, driving productivity, efficiency and commercial outcomes while creating a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Lead, coach and develop work teams to achieve organisational objectives.
n
Supervise, train and mentor inmates to build practical skills and work readiness.
n
Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with CSNSW and CSI policies and probity requirements.

What you need

Experience which demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the role description.

Minimum Certificate III level qualification: Laundry Operations, or related trades, as well as proven trade experience otherwise must be willing to obtain certificate within timeframe set out by CSNSW.
