Joinery Project Manager - High-End Residential & Commercial Fitouts

We are a well-established, design-focused joinery company specialising in
high-end residential and commercial fitouts
. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced
Joinery Project Manager
to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of projects from handover through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong joinery background who enjoys working on high-quality, bespoke projects and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple joinery projects simultaneously from handover through to completion
Coordinate closely with our internal design, drafting, workshop and installation teams
Liaise with architects, builders, designers and clients as required
Coordinate workshop production and site installation schedules
Monitor project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to our high-quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams during installation
Attend site visits and project meetings
Identify and resolve project and on-site issues efficiently
Review drawings, plans and project documentation
Maintain clear and accurate project records and documentation

About You
You will have:
A trade qualification in joinery/cabinet making – this is essential
Strong knowledge of joinery construction methods, materials and manufacturing processes
The ability to confidently read and interpret detailed joinery drawings and plans
Proven experience managing joinery projects, ideally
3-5+ years
Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
A hands-on, practical and solutions-focused approach
The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience coordinating workshop production and site installations
Proficiency with project management tools and relevant software
