Unlike many service roles, this position is focused on planned and preventive maintenance, inspections, system optimisation, and reliability improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

Performing planned and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
n
Conducting inspections and condition assessments
n
Diagnosing and rectifying faults when required

Assisting with minor projects and system improvements
n
Maintaining accurate service records and compliance documentation
n
Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior technicians
n
Contributing to a positive site culture focused on safety and professionalism
