What You'll Be Doing
Drive revenue across
Sales, Service and Rental
, consistently exceeding business targets.
Develop new business and key accounts across
Construction, Mining, Manufacturing & Food & Beverage
.
Identify and convert
rental opportunities
through customer engagement and site visits.
Deliver tailored
engineered solutions
for breakdowns, shutdowns and critical equipment requirements.
Manage
sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting
to drive sustainable growth.
Support the hire coordination, service delivery and branch operations.

About You
Proven sales experience, ideally within
capital equipment, civil construction, industrial,
or related sectors
Experience across
capital equipment sales and hire
is highly regarded
Commercially minded, with the ability to
identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions
Solid ownership mindset with
accountability for results
A collaborative team player who enjoys
winning together rather than competing internally
