What you'll be doing
n
n
Leading and mentoring a team of educators within the baby room
n
Delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences grounded in the EYLF
n
Providing warm,
responsive care to babies, including feeding, sleep, and nappy routines
n
Building genuine, trusting relationships with babies, families, and colleagues
n
Contributing meaningfully to programming, documentation, and curriculum planning
n
Collaborating with an experienced, supportive team that lifts each other up
n
Upholding and building on our Exceeding-rated practice every day
n
n
Who we're looking for
n
n
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification
n
Experience leading or working within a baby or toddler room.
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Child Protection & Child Safety Training
n
Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's wellbeing
n
Someone who takes pride in their practice and is always looking to grow
n
Strong communicator who builds meaningful connections with families
