Hazelbrook Cellars is looking for an energetic, motivated and people-focused Retail Store Manager to join our team and lead an established, high-performing store.

As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the continued success of the store, working alongside our dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service, a diverse and always evolving range, and achieve to a high standard.
About this Role
This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you'll be actively involved on the shop floor, leading by example and creating genuine relationships with our customers.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, motivating and supporting a dedicated retail team
Creating an exceptional customer experience with building strong and lasting customer relationships.
Ensuring swift resolution to issues as they arise
Maintaining clear, positive and affective communication across both stores
Calculating margin and percentages.
Cash handing
Staying up to date with industry standards, market development and retail best practice. To drive sales and achieve store targets.
Completing the Licensee certification




Day to day running and future planning of the liquor store
About You
Current RSA and RSAT
Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Committed to using good product knowledge to provide helpful, accurate advice to customers
Confident communicating with customers and team members
An ability to work independently or as a member of a team
Demonstrates a solution-based approach to the working environment, conflict resolution and leadership.
Organised, reliable and able to take ownership
Confident using Microsoft word, Excel, google drive and have a sound knowledge of computing.
In good health and is able to lift up to 20kgs repetitively
Be willing and able to work weekends and nights until 9.30pm
Current fork lift truck licence
5 years retail experience
Knowledge of ShopFront Point Of Sale System
