About the Role
As part of James & Grace Ballarat, you will:
Deliver warm, genuine service and create memorable customer experiences




Confidently drive sales and build lasting customer relationships
Assist customers across homewares, gifts, accessories and lifestyle products
Offer friendly styling advice and develop strong product knowledge
Assist with merchandising, stock presentation and keeping the store looking beautiful
Process sales accurately and efficiently
Assist with stock, unpacking deliveries and general day-to-day store duties
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in retail or customer service, with strong sales ability
Passionate about homewares, gifts, styling and beautiful products
Confident, approachable and genuinely enjoys working with customers
Flexible and reliable, with availability across weekdays and Saturdays
Available for additional hours during the busy Christmas trading period
Proactive, energetic and a great team player
Happy to take a hands‐on approach and help wherever needed
