Mernda Central College, Mernda, VIC, seeks a Student Wellbeing Leader to join the Student Wellbeing Team. You will support preventative educational programs, meet with relevant staff and parents/guardians to identify wellbeing needs, develop a case management plan and provide support, advocacy, referral and information as required.
Maintain confidential data, support staff in wellbeing work with at-risk students, liaise with external agencies, and implement appropriate welfare programs.
