RecruitShop in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a senior leader to oversee buying, product, packaging and category management for a premium chocolate retailer with a robust heritage. You will report to the Managing Director and guide a small, high-performing team across SKU mix, pricing strategy and seasonal buying.
You will own sales, margins and profitability, negotiate with suppliers and contract manufacturers, and shape ranges for Easter, Christmas, and key gifting periods.
