The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
a comprehensive knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework
Diploma of Early Childhood Education
excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
reliability in terms of punctuality and professionalism
understanding of and commitment to child protection policies and procedures
ability to deal with the public, families and children in a positive manner
ability to accept guidance from others and be an effective team player
ability to use initiative
ability to plan and efficiently organise time and priorities
