SAP S/4HANA Change Lead – People Services

Brisbane | Contract | Up to 8 months contract with potential extension
n
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Change Lead to join a major transformation program and lead change management and business readiness activities across the People Services stream.
n
This is a key role within a large-scale ERP transformation, focused on helping people, processes and technology transition successfully to a new SAP S/4HANA environment.
n
About the Role
n
You will lead the development and execution of change initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, leadership, technical teams and business readiness functions to drive adoption and minimise disruption.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Lead and execute the change management strategy across the People Services stream.
n
Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement and communication plans throughout the transformation.
n
Conduct change impact and business readiness assessments and support teams through go-live.
n
Identify and manage resistance to change, proactively addressing concerns and supporting adoption.
n
Monitor and report on change adoption metrics, including employee engagement, training completion and system utilisation.
n
Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to embed new processes and ways of working.
n
Support post-go-live adoption and sustainability, ensuring the business is equipped to operate effectively in the new SAP environment.

About You
n




You will be an experienced change skilled with a strong background in SAP-led business transformation, ideally with experience across SAP S/4HANA and Human Capital Management (HCM) environments.
n
We are looking for:
n
n
10+ years' experience in change management and business transformation.
n
Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP change programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA implementations.
n
Experience working with Payroll and/or SAP Fieldglass implementations.
n
Strong knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or Lewin.
n
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
n
Strong change impact, resistance management and adoption monitoring experience.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
n
Ability to work effectively across complex, cross-functional and virtual teams.
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and critical go-live activities.

Desirable
n
Experience with Prosci certification, SAP Activate, fit-to-standard workshops, SAP S/4HANA Payroll and/or SAP Fieldglass will be highly regarded.
n
