Contour Education in Melbourne is seeking a warm, capable customer-support specialist to be the calm voice families rely on when they call, message or email Contour. You will handle live calls, emails and SMS, resolve on the spot where possible, and coordinate with other teams to keep every family informed.
The role is hybrid, Melbourne-based, with shifts across 9am–9pm, including some evenings and weekends.
