Role Description
The Senior Solutions Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role involves leading technical solution design, integrating hardware and software components, and supporting AI and cyber security initiatives for a range of clients. The Senior Solutions Engineer collaborates closely with consulting and sales teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, prepare and deliver presales demonstrations, and develop proposals that reflect client environments and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical assessments, overseeing solution implementation,



troubleshooting integration issues, and providing ongoing technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to best practices and documentation that support consistent, high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
Strong skills for designing, building, and maintaining robust, secure solutions.
Consulting experience in understanding client environments, gathering requirements, and providing tailored technology recommendations.
Presales capabilities, including solution scoping, proposal support, technical presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
Integration expertise in combining hardware, software, and cloud services into cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms, networking, and cyber security principles; AI/ML exposure is highly beneficial.
Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients on-site and remotely.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical and responsible technology outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
