About the role
The Financial Partner position primarily focuses to provide a business partnering function and provide best practice management accounting services. The partnering role is for a professional who works closely with service units, informing and advising their strategic and operational decision-making through financial and budget insights that drive better outcomes. The management accounting services use this business insight to drive the quarterly budget reviews and short to medium term budget forecasts, ongoing budget control for the service units, and the development of the budget (including financial modeling) and long-term financial plan.

Remuneration
$103,****** - $122,****** p.a. + 12% Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or related disciplines.
Demonstrated skills and experience in Finance business partnering, expense budget control and ability to proactively investigate and pursue savings and efficiency measures.
High level of computer literacy and ability to support the development and implementation of financial systems improvementswith high level analytical, research and problem solving skills with capacity for innovative thinking.
Advanced Microsoft Excel modelling skills
Ability to work as an active member of a team and provide a high quality customer service with the ability to manage and monitor the financial performance of capital works projects, including budget development, forecasting and reporting..
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and advisory skills with demonstrated organisational skills with capacity to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines from different stakeholders.
