UnitingCare Queensland's Aspire program in Townsville is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support vulnerable youth. You will coordinate services, deliver group programs, and work to improve wellbeing, housing stability and education outcomes for young people.
You will conduct intake assessments, develop client-centred plans, provide counselling, and collaborate with partners to deliver integrated responses. A relevant undergraduate qualification and a Working with Children Check are required.
