Job Description
HESTA is recruiting for a role in Tasmania to manage and grow a portfolio of employer and industry partners. You will develop service plans, convert leads, and raise member engagement across your patch, travelling regularly to see partners face to face.

You should bring a track record of growth in a relationship-led environment, with RG146 accreditation and a current driver's license for regional travel. This is a highly autonomous role requiring robust self-management and judgment.
