Job Description
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care across the procedural journey, from pre-procedure preparation through to post-procedure recovery.

Key responsibilities
n
n
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering coronary angiography, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), permanent pacemaker implantation, electrophysiology procedures, structural heart interventions and emergency cardiac procedures.
n
Provide protected, quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures, including pre-procedure assessment, preparation and post-procedure recovery.
n
Respond effectively to emergency and acute clinical situations within the Cath Lab environment.
n




Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection prevention and clinical documentation.

What you need
n
n
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and recent experience in an acute cardiac, critical care, emergency or Cath Lab setting.
n
Strong clinical assessment, patient monitoring and clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
n
Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centred care.
