With a lean towards Italian drinking culture, the bar will bring together a sharp drinks offering, warm hospitality, late-night energy and DJ led soundtrack. Think busy bars, full rooms, fast service and a team that knows how to have a good time while delivering exceptional hospitality.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to be part of a brand-new late-night venue from day one, helping shape the culture, service and guest experience alongside a passionate hospitality team.
We're looking for people who thrive in high-volume environments, love the energy of a busy bar and know how to deliver great drinks and genuine hospitality.
Our ideal candidate will have
2+ years experience as a Bartender in high-volume, premium cocktail or restaurant bars.
A solid knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic cocktails, Italian focus a bonus, and a passion for continued learning.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.
An eye for detail and a guest-first mindset, with a flair for adding personalised touches to the experience.

The ability to work independently, always showing professionalism, respect, and kindness.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
