Sydney Tools Kotara is looking for a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join a busy, fast-moving dispatch team.
This is a reliable, long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing things properly and thrives in a hands-on role across stock, dispatch, merchandising and customer support.
You'll be joining a business with strong career pathways, ongoing product exposure and the opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in helping customers find the right solution every time
What You'll Be Doing
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock
Assisting with dispatch, goods movement and customer collections
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe dispatch/store area




Supporting customers face-to-face and over the phone
Merchandising stock and helping maintain strong store presentation
Working closely with the wider team to keep daily operations running smoothly
What You Need to Succeed
Ability to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, including standing, lifting and manual handling
Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality
Positive attitude with a hands-on, team-first mindset
Confidence using basic computer systems for everyday tasks
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Previous warehouse, dispatch, retail or stock handling experience
Current High Risk Work Licence — Forklift Licence required
