The Role

This is a new opportunity for a practitioner with between 2-8 years' PQE to join our quick paced, growing and highly regarded Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Melbourne. Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of insolvency and commercial dispute matters.
n

Corporate and personal insolvency matters

Bankruptcy and liquidation disputes
n
Enforcement and debt recovery proceedings
n
Restructuring and insolvency-related advice
n
Commercial and contractual disputes
n
Shareholder and director disputes
n
Court appearances and advocacy opportunities
n

Who We Are Looking For
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
2-8 years' post admission experience
n
Experience in insolvency, commercial litigation, restructuring, bankruptcy or disputes work
n
Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice
n
The ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision and work effectively as part of a team
n
