Novotel Hotels in Melbourne is seeking a Portfolio Maintenance and Engineering Manager to oversee all maintenance and engineering across our Melbourne portfolio. Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager, you will lead a small, dedicated team and support hotel general managers and wider teams to ensure reliable operations.
You will drive compliance, energy and water stewardship, capital projects, contractor management and a solid safety culture across Novotel and ibis Budget sites.
