ThePsych Assessment Studio in Caringbahis growing, and we're looking for anEarly Career Psychologistto join our team. We're open to either anemployee or contractor arrangement, depending on what works best for the right person.
The role would initially be2 days per week, with the chance to increase to3 days in the future, and would include a mix of:

Who we're looking for
You'll need to:
Beregistered with AHPRA as a psychologist
Have knowledge and experience working withneurodivergent children, teens and/or adults
Have a genuineinterest in psychological assessmentand be keen to continue developing your assessment skills
Be comfortable working collaboratively withfamilies and multidisciplinary teams
Be able totake initiative and work independently, while also knowing when to reach out and collaborate
Work from a genuinelyneurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based framework- no deficit-based stuff here!
Be curious, thoughtful and committed to understanding thewhole person, rather than simply focusing on scores, symptoms or diagnoses
