As our regional services continue to grow, we're seeking
Speech Pathologists
to join our
FIFO team
and help deliver meaningful outcomes where they're needed most.

Your Role
Conduct assessments across communication, social communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing
Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with participant goals
Support participants to build communication skills, confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life
Deliver therapy across home, school, workplace, and community settings
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve participant goals
Liaise with participants, families, carers, schools, support coordinators, and external providers
Manage your own schedule and caseload with confidence and autonomy




Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with NDIS Practice Standards
About You
Speech Pathologist at any stage of your career
Recognised Speech Pathology qualification and SPA membership (or eligibility to obtain)
Current driver's licence
Passionate about making a meaningful impact in regional communities
Experience in NDIS or community settings is highly regarded, but not essential
