The Strategy and Business Transformation team is part of the Digital Technology Services Division. The team supports our organisation's goals by ensuring high-quality education, training and change services are delivered across headspace national.

what you'll do
As the Senior Education, Training and Change Consultant you will play an important role in driving organisational change and workforce capability at headspace.
Working in this role, you will:
Lead, design and implement change management solutions.
Lead the development and implementation of change management activities that enable transformation and digital adoption.
Develop approaches to encourage engagement and adoption.
Provide strategic leadership for change readiness.
Create training plans including learning needs analysis, learning outcome development and design.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partners.
Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of change and learning initiatives.
Project manage and delivery of complex change and capability programs.
Champion innovation, continuous improvement and best practice approaches.
Influence organisational priorities and resource allocation.
what you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field,



together with demonstrated experience leading organisational change management and workforce capability initiatives.
Leadership experience in change management, workforce education and training, communications or a related field.
Advanced skills in needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of change and/or learning programs.
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, deliver and evaluate professional development and learning solutions for a variety of audiences.
Experience in implementing organisational changes.
Experience in delivering face to face training and facilitating workshops.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
Experience designing and delivering training and change for technology projects. Instructional Design or eLearning development certifications.
