Position Summary:
Welcome all guests and explain the Sheraton facilities available
Deliver exceptional massage, body, and skincare treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols.
Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to create memorable experiences and exceed expectations.
Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate skincare, body care, and wellness products for home use.
Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Cover reception and administrative duties, including bookings, guest check-in/check-out, and retail sales, with a strong attention to detail.
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the overall guest experience.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and company policies.
