We're looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Harbour Town store on the Gold Coast. About the Role n
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the Store Manager's right hand, supporting the team, driving sales and helping create a welcoming, inspiring space for every customer who walks through the door. When the Store Manager is away, the store is in your hands.
What You'll Be Doing n

Supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the team
n
n
Creating an exceptional in-store experience that keeps customers coming back
n
n
Driving sales and helping the team achieve their KPIs
n
n
Bringing the brand to life through visual merchandising and styling
n
n
Assisting with stock, rosters and day-to-day store operations
n
n




Confidently stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence
n
About You n

You lead by example and love seeing your team succeed
n
n
You're passionate about customer experience and creating genuine connections
n
n
You have a strong eye for fashion, styling and current trends
n
n
You're results-driven and love working towards (and exceeding) targets
n
n
You bring positive energy and truly embody the Tree of Life spirit

What You'll Bring n
n
n
1+ years' experience in a retail supervisory or 2IC role (fashion highly regarded)
n
n
A genuine interest in developing your leadership skills
n
n
Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
n
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
n
Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak trade periods
n
