Senior Spare Parts & Service Coordinator

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will coordinate two closely connected areas of our operation: the sourcing, importation and distribution of spare parts from suppliers throughout Asia and Europe, and the administration and coordination of our service, preventative maintenance and technical support activities. This is a senior, hands-on coordination role requiring excellent organisation, commercial awareness and customer service skills. You will be the central link between our customers, service technicians, international suppliers, freight providers and internal team.

Key responsibilities
n
Receive, interpret and respond to customer spare parts enquiries
n
Identify the correct parts from manuals, drawings, photographs and supplier information
n
Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately
n
Source and purchase spare parts from suppliers throughout Asia and Europe
n
Coordinate international freight, customs documentation and delivery requirements
n
Monitor outstanding orders and proactively keep customers informed
n
Work with stores for the receipt, storage, picking, packing and despatch of parts
n
Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate parts and pricing records
n
Coordinate customer service calls, breakdown support and planned maintenance visits
n
Schedule our service technicians efficiently across multiple locations
n
About you
n
Substantial experience in a spare parts, service coordination or after-sales support role
n
Experience working with industrial machinery, capital equipment, manufacturing,



automotive, transport, agricultural equipment or a similar technical industry
n
Demonstrated experience sourcing and importing parts from international suppliers
n
A sound understanding of international freight, customs processes and import documentation
n
Experience coordinating field-service technicians and preventative maintenance activities
n
Solid commercial skills, including quotations, purchase orders, sales orders and invoicing
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
The ability to manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail
n
Strong computer skills and confidence learning business management and service systems
n
A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer support
