The Geelong College is seeking to appoint an outstanding and highly motivated Teacher of Secondary Mathematics to teach across Years 7-12. The ability to teach VCE General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods and/or Specialist Mathematics would be highly regarded.
This is an excellent prospect for a passionate Mathematics teacher to inspire and engage students through stimulating and authentic learning experiences, while contributing meaningfully to the academic, pastoral and co-curricular life of the College.
Qualifications and Experience:
Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons aligned to the Victorian Curriculum (Years 7-12)
Contribute to VCE Mathematics teaching (desirable)




Relevant educational qualification and experience gained in a similar role
Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
Current Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registration
Current First Aid (HLTAID 011), CPR (HTLAID 009) and asthma
Completion of the College anaphylaxis or *****VIC anaphylaxis qualification
