This is an prospect to step into a senior leadership role with genuine commercial influence, leading corporate new business across VIC, SA and WA.
You'll be joining a growing organisation with strong internal support, while having the autonomy to build your market, develop new partnerships and make a real impact.
About The Role
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team
Driving new business across VIC, SA and WA
Building relationships with CEOs, CFOs and senior corporate stakeholders
Developing new routes to market and strategic channel partnerships
Identifying and converting complex commercial opportunities
Developing tailored fleet, transport and mobility solutions
Managing complex negotiations and long sales cycles
Working closely with Credit, Finance, Legal, Customer Experience and Implementation teams
Ensuring strong customer outcomes, profitability and risk management
What We're Looking For




We're looking for an experienced B2B sales leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in new business.
You'll Ideally Have
7+ years' experience across B2B sales, financial services, asset finance, leasing, fleet or similar
Proven sales leadership and people management experience
Strong new business/hunting capability
Experience selling complex commercial solutions
A proven ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders
Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Commercial and strategic acumen
The resilience and patience to manage long sales cycles
Fleet experience is preferred but not essential. We're open to strong candidates from financial services, asset finance, logistics, trucking and other complex B2B environments.
