Parks Victoria at Point Nepean National Park is seeking a fixed-term casual Customer Service Officer to support campground operations during peak season. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, assisting with information requests and queries.
Work with the Commercial Team Leader to help deliver excellent visitor experiences, handle check-ins/outs, provide park knowledge, and assist with events and routine admin in a coastal workplace.
