Docking Real Estate is looking for an experienced Property Manager who wants the autonomy to manage their portfolio professionally, backed by an accessible and supportive team.

We are an independent, family oriented real estate agency that has proudly operated in Vermont since ****. For more than four decades, our business has been built on strong relationships, personalised service and a genuine commitment to our clients and our people.

We are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to become an important part of our close knit team.
n
THE ROLE
n
You will manage an established residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties, predominantly located throughout the City of Whitehorse and surrounding eastern suburbs.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Managing relationships with rental providers and renters
n
Leasing, applications and renter selection
n
Routine inspections and condition reports
n
Repairs, maintenance and trades
n
Rent reviews and arrears management
n
Tenancy documentation, notices and compliance
n
Managing tenancy issues and disputes professionally
n
You will have the independence to take ownership of your portfolio, while knowing experienced management support is readily available when matters become complex or challenging.

We believe in autonomy without unnecessary micromanagement, but we also believe autonomy should never mean being left to deal with difficult situations alone.

ABOUT YOU
n




We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who:
n
Has solid residential Property Management experience
n
Has a strong working knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
n
Is confident managing their own portfolio
n
Is organised and able to prioritise competing demands
n
Communicates professionally and confidently
n
Can manage difficult conversations and challenging situations
n
Takes ownership and has strong attention to detail
n
Values client service and teamwork
n
Is looking for a long-term career opportunity

You must meet the eligibility requirements to work as an agent's representative in Victoria. Relevant real estate qualifications and experience will be highly regarded.
